Hubby was out of town for most of the Father's Day weekend, however, he did get home in time on Sunday to enjoy a nice Father's Day dinner followed by a mini-poker tournament with the boys and I. Following the tournament we chowed down on chocolate chip cookies and homemade chipwiches (no one had any room for chocolate cake). The chipwiches were incredibly delicious the next two nights as well. I will definitely make another batch before the summer is over!
Note: To make the cookies for the chipwiches...make the dough as usual, but flatten out the dough on the baking sheet (not too much, not too little). Bake for about 3 minutes less than normal.
