I love these!! But how do you bake a cake in one of those pans? I assume that you fit the two sides together before putting it all into the oven, since there is a hole in one side (maybe for steam?) At first glance, I thought you were supposed to do each half separately, then put them together. Does the cake just rise into the back half? Thanks for your advice!!

I know this post is a few years old now but can anyone tell me the make/manufacturer of the tin used, or where still stocks these to sell? They're amazing!
