This year the boys and I made Easter sugar cookies. To use up some of the scrap dough (and to keep us from eating it all) we used tiny cookie cutters that came with a Linzer Cookie kit to make miniature bunnies, chicks and butterflies. They turned out so cute. The only problem is that they are super yummy and eating them is like eating popcorn--you just keep tossing them into your mouth.
For our Easter brunch we adorned our strawberries and cream with the little bunnies. I am looking forward to making them again!-K
P.S. To make the eyes use a black food marker.
I have to find those little cookie cutters before next year!
